Enamelled cast-iron bread pan including lid. With a stainless-steel handle and a flat base. Suitable for any heat source. The outside of the pan may stain when used on an open fire or barbecue.

This bread tray has all the advantages of a cast-iron pan combined with easy-to-maintain enamel. The inside of the tray has a satin finish. This layer ensures the pan does not corrode. Ideal for lasagne, cake, meatloaf or pâté. The rectangular tray is specially designed to bake bread. Use baking paper to prevent burning. Food containing eggs may stick to the pan more easily, especially if the pan has not been used very often. The more often you use your pan, the thicker the patina on the inside will be.

The pans can be used both indoors and out. The outside of the pan may change colour or stain when used on an open fire or barbecue. This has no effect on the taste of your dish. Only use the pans indoors if you prefer to keep them spotless.

Heat up the pan and cook your favourite dish. Temperature is key! Food tends to stick to the pan more often at higher cooking temperatures. Wash the pan by hand or in the dishwasher after use and it will be ready to use again.
