For us, it's important that you enjoy your order. We strive to deliver your package as soon as possible. If something goes wrong during the shipment due to forces beyond our control, we will look for a suitable solution.

Return package or shipment.
Revocation: Revocation: It is important to always contact us by e-mail before you return (a) product(s), and send the completed return form to us. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. You are free to choose a carrier yourself. Make sure you pack the return shipment well. We are not responsible for damage or loss during the return shipment. Do not use the product in a way that leaves traces of use or can cause hygiene problems.
You have 14 days after receipt of the product to return the product without giving any reason. You then have 14 days to return the product. After receiving your return, we will make the refund within 14 days.

Who pays the shipping costs?
We pay the shipping costs of your return if one of the points below applies to your order:
If you have received a product that you did not order
If you receive a defective product, and report this within the trial period
If you have ordered a product from us, based on incorrect product information on our website
You must pay the return shipping costs yourself if one of the points below applies to your order:
If you report a defect outside the trial period
If you are not satisfied with a product
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product
The amount depends on the weight and size of the shipment. The basic amount for returning letter mail via PostNL is €3.95. The basic amount for returning a package via PostNL is €6.95. If you make use of your right of withdrawal as a consumer, you will have to pay the costs of return at most. We recommend that you always send a return shipment with track & trace or registered mail. If your package is lost at the carrier during the shipping process, we are not liable!
A complaint? We can hardly imagine it! We are very sorry about that.
We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
