Preheat the greased iron. Fill one side with batter and then close the waffle iron. Occasionally turn it over and bake the waffles for a few minutes on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Dit is echt een leuke pan om mee te experimenteren, natuurlijk de lekkere zoete wafels die keer op keer geweldig lukken. Ook de hartige varianten doen het goed en zelf al een keer oosterse "gehakt wafels" gemaakt. Top kwaliteit!
