The Windmill Cast Iron Seasoning/Conditioner

Food-safe conditioner for seasoning and maintaining cast iron products.

All cast iron products must be seasoned before use. (Except for enameled pans.) After use, the pans should be cleaned and re-greased with a thin layer of grease.

The pans can be seasoned and maintained according to the included instructions. Be sure to apply a thin layer of seasoning to the cast iron products to prevent sticking. After seasoning, the pans will be significantly darker in color and will have a protective layer against rust.

Unlike seasoning with sunflower oil or peanut oil, for example, the product does not feel greasy after seasoning.
