Supplies:

  • Burger bun
  • Butter
  • +/- 100g minced meat per hamburger
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Fine mustard
  • The liquid from a jar of pickles (sieved)

Extra needed

Preparation method :

  1. Cut the burger bun in half, spread butter on the inside and grill briefly for a crispy bun.
  2. Take 100 grams of seasoned ground meat and knead it into a ball. Place it in your preheated skillet or on the plancha.
  3. Use the Smash Burger Tool to smash the ground meat and flatten it as much as possible, this gives crispy pieces with extra flavor.
  4. Cook the burger for a few minutes until cooked through, flipping halfway through. Stay alert, this will happen very quickly!
  5. Make a sauce from the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and the pickle juice.
  6. Then assemble the buns: Bottom of the bun, burger, cheddar, (optionally burger, cheddar, burger, cheddar etc.), sauce and topped with the top of the bun.
