Wrap Caveman Style!

Celebrate the beautiful weather with a delicious, simple but oh so tasty dish!

Now that the sun is showing itself more often and the barbecue season is starting again, it's time to enjoy cooking outdoors!
This recipe is a true outdoor classic: crispy wraps, roasted directly over the coals, combined with spicy chicken, fresh toppings and a spicy kick of sriracha.
Simple, quick and packed with flavor!

What do you need?

2 chicken fillets – Seasoned with the Grill chicken herbs from The Windmill for that perfect, spicy taste.
4 wraps – Directly roasted over the coals for that delicious smoky, crispy bite.
1 tomato – For a fresh and juicy addition.
1 onion - Cut into thin half rings
1 avocado – Creamy and full of flavor.
Pinch of chili flakes – For a subtle kick.
Sriracha – For an extra fiery boost!

Here's how to make it:

Bake the chicken Cut the chicken into pieces and season generously with Grill Chicken Seasoning. Cook until golden brown and juicy.
Cook for the best experience in a skillet . You can place the skillet directly on the hot coals. Make sure the chicken doesn't burn by occasionally removing the pan from the hot coals and placing it on the trivet to let something cool down.
This way you play with the heat for a delicious cooking result!
Toast the wraps caveman-style – Place the wraps directly on the Hot coals . Let them sit briefly, then quickly turn them over and remove them as soon as they get a nice, toasted look.
No pan needed, pure fire and flavor!
Cut the vegetables – Cut the tomato, onion and avocado into cubes
Create your bowl – Place the crispy wrap in a bowl, fill with the spiced chicken, add the vegetables and top with chili flakes and a generous drizzle of sriracha.

After grilling the wrap over the coals, place it directly in a bowl.
Let it cool for a bit and voilà – you have a crisp, edible bowl! Perfect for scooping all that delicious filling into.

Eat & enjoy!

This dish is perfect for an outdoor cooking adventure. Savor the smoky flavor of the coals, combined with the spicy chicken and fresh toppings. Simple, yet incredibly delicious!
