Ingredients
- 500 grams of flour
- 7 grams of salt
- 10 grams of sugar
- 20 grams of fat Oil or butter
- 200 grams of peeled potatoes
- 4 dl water
- 1 sachet of yeast
Instructions

Boil the potato with the water until done

make a thin puree

Make sure there is 4 dl left and let it cool down to about 25 degrees

Mix the ingredients together

add the fat and mashed potatoes

Knead into a smooth and even dough

let this rise for 2 hours

Knock out the air and divide the dough into 50 gram balls

Place these on a tray lined with greaseproof paper

Cover it with a cloth and let it rise for another 45 minutes

Place a skillet on the coals, roll the balls flat like a pizza and bake them on both sides until golden brown.
