Ingredients:
- Ciabatta bread
- Baguette spread (Sauce Guru)
- Baby spinach leaves
- BBQ sauce
- Portobello mushrooms.
- Mozzarella in slices
- Coarse sea salt and pepper
- Steak straight from the farmer.
- Light the charcoal and keep the fire going briskly.
- Slice the portobello mushrooms and season them with your favorite spice mix.
- Cut open the Ciabatta and place a slice of cheese on each side and let it melt on the BBQ.
- Place a Skillet on top of the charcoal and cook the portobello mushrooms until done.
- Cook the steak over the coals on the barbecue, searing it all over. About 2 minutes per side.
- To fill the sandwich, spread the Baguette spread generously on top of the cheese, then the baby spinach, and then place the grilled Portobello slices on top.
- Cut the steak into thin slices and then place a generous amount of BBQ sauce on top as a final layer.
