Recept: Pork Tomahawk Steak & Dutch Oven Groenten

INGREDIENTS:
thick pork loin with bone (pork tomahawk)
Superlicious BBQ rub
olive oil
100 g sweet potato
100 g beetroot
100 g celery
100 g garlic
100 g carrot
100 ml chicken stock

additionally needed:
Dutch Oven 6 Qt
Skillet Maxi
BBQ

Preparation method
Light the barbecue and place the Dutch oven over direct heat. Cut the vegetables
into dice-sized pieces.

Gently brown the vegetables in a Dutch oven with a little olive oil. Once the vegetables start to brown, add the chicken stock.

Place the lid on the Dutch oven and let the vegetables cook gently.

Brush the pork tomahawk with a little olive oil and sprinkle a generous layer of Superlicious BBQ rub. Melt the outer fat of the pork tomahawk in a hot cast-iron skillet on the barbecue. Once enough fat has rendered, grill the pork tomahawk until it reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (140°F). Let it rest for another 10 minutes. Serve with the vegetables.
