Fresh cherry sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh cherries, pitted
- Water
- Sugar
- Cornstarch
- Lemon juice

- Silicone spatula
Preparation method
- Place the cherries in a pan with a little water and sugar. Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Once the cherries release their juices, add the cornstarch and lemon juice. The sauce will thicken almost immediately to a glossy syrup. Keep stirring, and if the sauce doesn't thicken, add a little more cornstarch until it reaches the desired consistency.
