It's the perfect dish for a weeknight when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, but still want to serve something warm and filling. This tasty dish will be on the table in no time, and... spoiler alert: it's also super delicious in a tortilla!

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  • Pinch of Pepper to taste
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Garlic powder To taste
  • 270g Black Beans Drained Weight
  • 420g White beans in tomato sauce
  • 250-500ml Barbecue sauce Use more or less to taste
  • 500g minced meat

Preparation method:

  1. Sauté the onion in the oil. Add the ground meat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well until the ground meat is browned.
  2. Then add the black beans and white beans in tomato sauce and stir through the dish.
  3. Finally, add the barbecue sauce and let the dish simmer with the lid on the pan for 5 minutes.
