Recept: Boerenjongenscake uit de Dutch Oven

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 200 grams of brown caster sugar
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 grams of salt
  • 300 grams of Boerenjongens Drained
  • 40 grams of juice

Instructions

  • Beat the sugar with the butter until fluffy
  • Add the eggs one by one, making sure it remains airy.
  • Then add the flour with baking powder and salt and fold it in
  • Mix the farmer's boys with juice through the batter
  • Pour it into a Dutch oven lined with baking paper.
  • Bake at 150 degrees for approximately 40 minutes
