Cast iron
Almost all of our cast iron products are pre-seasoned. This means they are factory-coated with a (vegetarian) coating, ensuring all our pots and pans arrive well-protected and rust-free. All our pre-seasoned cast iron products must be treated with conditioner are seasoned and maintained. It's done in no time, giving your pan the perfect care and helping to build the non-stick coating. If the products are enameled, this is explicitly stated, and seasoning is not required. Heat distribution
One of the great properties of cast iron is that it distributes heat well and retains it for a long time. For best results, preheat the cast iron before use so that the heat penetrates the iron properly. This also means that you should always heat-resistant gloves may have on hand! 
All heat sources
No heat source is too much for cast iron pans. Cast iron can withstand high temperatures, making it perfect for use on a fire, barbecue, grill, or stovetop. It can also be used indoors, for example, on induction cookware or in the oven.
