4 wraps – Roasted directly over the coals for that smoky, crispy bite.
1 tomato – For a fresh and juicy touch.
1 onion – Slice into thin half rings.
1 avocado – Creamy and full of flavor.
Pinch of chili flakes – For a subtle kick.
Sriracha – For an extra fiery boost!
How to make it:
Cook the chicken – Cut the chicken into pieces and generously season with Grillkippetjes spice mix. Cook until golden brown and juicy.
For the best experience, cook in a skillet. You can place the skillet directly on the hot coals. Make sure the chicken doesn’t burn by occasionally removing the pan from the hot coals and letting it cool slightly on the trivet.
This way, you can play with the heat for perfect cooking!
Roast the wraps caveman-style – Place the wraps directly on the hot coals. Leave them briefly, flip quickly, and remove once they have a nice roasted look.
