Recipe: Pie Iron Cinnamon Rolls
We don’t need to tell you that you can make so much more than just toasties with a pie iron – including these fantastic cinnamon rolls. They’re easy to make and an absolute treat to eat!
Ingredients
1 can of croissant dough
Cinnamon
Sugar
Also needed
Pie iron
Optional: Baking paper
Method
Preheat the pie iron.
Meanwhile, roll out the croissant dough into a long rectangular sheet and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon evenly over it.
Roll the dough lengthwise and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Optionally, line the inside of the pie iron with baking paper and place the rolled dough pieces into one side of the iron.
Close the iron and bake the cinnamon rolls for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown on both sides.
